Returns and refund
Your can ask for a refund within 14 business days after its delivery by claiming your "Right of withdrawal".
Once you claim your "Right of withdrawal" contacting our customer service, we will confirm the correct return adress.
Pieces should be in their original condition without signs of wear. Don't forget to include your invoice, it will help us to identify your inital order. Return shipping fees will be at your expense.
Please pick a delivery method that includes a tracking number. Adepte will not be responsible for the lost or wrong delivery of your parcel.
We will refund your order as soon as we received your package. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days before being able to see it on your bank account.
